Our team is made up of passionate advocates committed to supporting marginalized communities through Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS).
Some staff hold MSW degrees, others have bachelor’s degrees in related fields, and many bring valuable lived experience to their work. All team members are trained in trauma-informed care and provide whole-person, culturally humble services, meeting clients where they are—whether in the community or in their homes.
