At Community Connections of California, we believe that stable housing is the foundation for healing and independence. Our Housing Navigation program helps individuals and families find safe, affordable, and sustainable housing while addressing the barriers that make securing a home difficult.
Our team works one-on-one with each participant to locate available units, complete applications, coordinate move-in support, and connect with community resources. We collaborate closely with landlords, property managers, and local agencies to open doors—literally and figuratively—for those rebuilding their lives.
Through compassion, consistency, and advocacy, we help our members transition from uncertainty to stability—because everyone deserves a place to call home.
