Dr. Mark Reber is a dedicated dentist and community advocate committed to ensuring that everyone has access to quality dental care, regardless of their ability to pay. He currently provides dental services to Medi-Cal members and is deeply passionate about supporting underserved populations in his community.
Born with a desire to help others, Dr. Reber is very active in his church and community organizations, finding joy in serving those in need. He also serves on the Dental Board of California, contributing his expertise to the broader dental profession while advocating for patient access and safety.
Dr. Reber earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and Master of Science (MS) in Oral Biology at UCLA. While his clinical experience is extensive, including general and neuromuscular dentistry, he values service and advocacy above accolades, focusing on improving the health and well-being of those he serves.
Amanda Homer is a compassionate nurse dedicated to supporting families and strengthening her community. With experience in both Labor & Delivery and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), she helps families navigate some of the most critical and often stressful moments of childbirth with care, guidance, and advocacy.

Born and raised in Monterey County, Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from BYU-Idaho. She is passionate about women’s health, birth equity, and ensuring minority communities have access to respectful, informed care. Outside of her clinical work, Amanda enjoys volunteering in her community, using her skills and experience to give back and empower others.
