
Brittany Lee has over a decade of experience in social services, working with vulnerable populations including homeless adults and children, justice-involved individuals, and foster and probationary youth. A native of Monterey County, she is deeply committed to strengthening communities throughout California and advocating for those who often do not have a voice.
She holds a Master of Social Work from San Jose State University, a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies from BYU-Idaho, and two associate degrees from Monterey Peninsula College in Sociology and Administration of Justice.
As the founder of Community Connections of CA, Brittany combines strategic leadership, compassion, and a passion for advocacy to guide the organization in providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and person-centered services that support individuals on their journey toward stability, healing, and self-sufficiency.
